Diigo was an interesting tool to use. It makes the gathering of resources a collaborative effort which is more engaging and informative. Being able to install an extension was very convenient and added to the ease of using the tool. The option to tag a bookmark to better find them again when referencing back to a certain resource is a great way to organize the information collected. Having the ability to highlight or leave a note on the bookmarked web page was my favorite aspect of the tool, because it allows for a closer reading within the source. There weren't many things I found issue with while using Diigo. I was only exposed to it for a brief amount of time and maybe there were some areas it was lacking, but it seemed like a much more efficient way to bookmark web pages.

Blogging in this setting has been a bit laborious. I like the idea of sharing thoughts and information in general, but having to tailor the blog to certain requirements takes some of the creative liberties away. I didn't expect this platform to have ways to include media like images and videos. Now that I've been exposed to more blogs I see that it's commonplace to have different media complementing your blog. This medium of sharing allows users to better develop and express their opinions as opposed to other social media platforms.

There are plenty Web 2.0 tools that would be useful in any classroom. Flickr is one that I'd like to use to add some flare to the lessons. It is a platform that focuses around pictures and is often used as a way to share photos without posting them to each social media account a person has. The site is somewhat of another blogging platform, and I would use this to have students document the steps to a project they might do or to show any study techniques they have. An account is needed to post on Flickr but not to view the content that is posted. The site also allows for comments which gives it the ability to be used as a cooperative tool. https://www.flickr.com/
